Any Chance of Getting into a Multiple Degree Program

Stats

GPA: 4.0 unweighted right now, will probably rise to about 4.3 - 4.4 weighted (no quality points given for Honors courses at my school) by end of senior year.

SATs: Have not taken the SAT's, however because of practice tests, PSAT's, and other things I am fairly sure I can get a 2250 if I study.

Classes: 4 honors Freshman (Max number of honors and no AP's offered) and Sophmore Year with 1 AP(Max number of honors and only one AP offered sophomore year), Will be taking all IB classes junior year and senior year.

EC's:
-Have taught at a Religous School for 3 years, will work for 2 more years;
-Heavily involved in theater at my school: acted, lighting and sound design, SM, Directed shows,
-CAPPIES program (High school theater awards), had reviews picked for publication in local papers, nominated for acting award, Will be Lead Critic at my school,
-Tennis, Swim, and Dive Team over the summer as well as for local teams (not school though I don't have the time),
-taking summer classes at Ivy League.
-volunteering at a hospital for 4 years, other volunteer work (helped build house for poor in community),
-internship and research at a top 5 medical school over the summer
-maybe more stuff in next couple of years.

-Received Academic Letter and Varsity Letter in swimming (cannot do it next year)
-School award for achievement in visual arts for theater stuff

Ranking: Top 2-3% this year.

By Multiple degree I mean BS/MD or something like that

Make sure your SAT IIs are good.

Besides that, if your SAT score pans out the way your suggesting, you definitely have a chance at the programs.

Internship and research are good, regardless of where you do them.
