<p>As long as you're not applying for Engineering or Sciences you're in, with a decent shot at scholarship money IMHO. FWIW, a fifth of Tulane students come from the Northeast.</p>

<p>When it comes to Tulane, you don't apply to a certain college (and what you list as your intended major) makes no difference. </p>

<p>That said, I would say your chances are very high. Assuming solid recs/essay/etc. I would never say anything is guaranteed when it comes to applying to any decent school, regardless of stats, but yeah, you should be good to go. For what its worth, I had very similar stats and was accepted, with a 24k scholarship.</p>
