Any essay readers still alive and kickin' out there?

Alright, since the consolidated list of essay readers on CC seems to be on the verge of being completely deserted at this point, can I just see if any college students or educated adults are still willing to read essays and advise the desperate masses of high school students who will begin applying to colleges this fall?

If so, let us know:) Personally, I will need a few read in the next couple of weeks, and even later in the year. For now, I have 2 250 words essays written for the same Ann Arbor prompt ( I cannot chose...:( ) and I have a common app essay written that needs some lovely CC assistance. In about a week, I will have a longer Ann Arbor essay written, as well as a Harvard supplement written. Whenever they are released, I will write the UC essays as well. If you have any special connection to one of those schools (although I think I may have bled the Michigan students dry...whoops.) or just simply seem interested in one over another, let me know, and I will be sure to send you that one in specific. Otherwise, as usual, any help is appreciated. I am sure that goes for the entire future class of 2016!

Personally, I am planning to share these essays with various English teachers when I go back to school, but I am far too scared to let them see it before I have gotten adequate guidance from some of you guys!

Thank you!

I can take a look. I might not get back to you too quickly, though.

shameless bump

I would be happy to provide feedback. I have a B.A. from Stanford and a J.D. from Harvard (and can verify for you). If you want me to take a look, please PM me.

essaywise can you verify for me…?

Hey Jaysha,

I got your PM, but I wouldn’t actually mind reading your essay myself. Haha. I give honest advice.
