Any Extra Curricular Advice?

So:

I'm a rising junior, and I kinda need to save my extracurricular activities part of the applications. Except I go to a brand new international school in the middle of nowhere with no activities, and I live in a part of the world that doesn't speak English (not going to be specific here).

I have so far done:

--Theatre (Freshman)
--International Award (Freshman). It's similar to the Duke of Edinburgh award (one sport, plus one artsy, some volunteering, and then some hiking trips). I did rollerblading, theatre, and a first aid course.

--European Youth Parliament (Sophmore). It's like MUN. We won Regionals and then went straight to the International level in Poland!

So, for next year, what should I do? I can continue with European Youth Parliament and I'm probably running for class president. Should I start a club at my school?

If you are interested in medicine (which I assume from your handle), do an internship with the health system where ever you are studying. Learn how they allocate health resources and the pros and cons of that system. If I knew what country you were in, I could make more specific suggestions, but this should suffice.

And please don’t bother starting another club. Every applicant to a selective school has started a club, made themselves president, and generally has meetings consisting of their best friends who are the vp and treasurer respectively. As an interviewer for an HYPMS, I assure you that it’s deeply unimpressive.
