Any Hope? :(

I don't want to get into it because it is upsetting, but basically I was waiting towards the last minute because I couldn't get my essays the way I wanted, and started the submitting process at around 11:55 pm ET and you can already guess what happened.

=(

So by the time I was done bashing my computer it got in at 12:09.

Since it is electronic...am I done for the November 1st deadline or will a person look at it and maybe grant me mercy? Do you think I'll get any sympathy if I call them? Maybe call the tech people instead?

Or should I just let it out and go cry now?

Will you benefit from the deadline extension? Hope so!

Call the admissions office and see what they say. Hopefully they will have a grace period.

Were you affected by the storm at all? Or were neighboring towns affected? If so you will most likely be counted in the extension, in which case you will be fine! I still don’t have power (live in suburbs outside of Philadephia) so I’m hoping I will still have time to send in my transcript (the only thing I have left to submit). Good luck!

I live 45 minutes away, but my guidance counselor told me it was extended for our area. He knows we weren’t affected by the storm but he gave me the impression that I had the time extension likewise.

My friend applied in December, but found out he was accepted at the end of January (when all of the priority decisions were coming out). I think your fine.
