<p>Private was the book that made me want to go the boarding school. If it weren’t for it, I would be at public school now. It’s really good. It Girl is kind of stupid. Prep is really good.</p>

Private is really interesting, like I’m nearly done with the 3rd book when I just finished the 2nd one this morning… What a life I have, right? :P</p>

I hate how Ariana & Reed are turning out so negatively.
They both thought that Easton Academy would be really good, but it’s just the opposite. It’s like Gossip Girl in a way with all the “challenges on the new girl”
The teachers are so mean, there’s a lot of drugs/etc involved, everyone’s rich, etc.</p>
<p>I don’t think this is reality at any of the schools, or is it?</p>
<p>not everybody’s rich. i thought ariana was poor ? (read the prequel, folks!) & reed’s on scholarship, ahah.</p>
<p>the drugs like… get fewer later on. it gets to be SLEEPING PILLS instead 
the teachers are mean? seriously? the teachers are nice, aren’t they?</p>
<p>haha, no. there’s a much larger percentage of students on FA at most schools, drugs = auto boot, teachers… well, that differs. x)</p>
<p>but gossip girl is like… nothing. it’s basically nothing with sex and brand names mixed in! it’s awfully entertaining, though… ahah
& private gets to be more mystery-like.

<p>Haha, I read the Prequel first actually. I couldn’t tell which was the first book anyway, & since it said Prequel, I thought that was first. Nono, Ariana’s rich- her Dad owns the oil company, remember? & Reed is poor. But I think there families are similar with the problems, etc. I’m on the part where Reed is about to go to the Legacy with Witt; she’s such a user! but better than Ariana I think.
Also, Ariana seems so much different in the Prequel than the other books.</p>
<p>Oh, did you notice how many grammar errors, etc, Kate has in her book? Esp. with commas. The commas are missing after prepositional phrases.</p>

<p>P.S. I think the teachers are mean. Like her advisor & her history teacher. He’s like, this is your first day, but you have to read 8 books by the end of this week, or else, you’re doomed! I think they’re mean.
& what happened to Mr. Holmes? He’s just gone now. Oh, like Witt reminds me of Chuck Bass, Reed reminds me of Jenny, Daniel reminds me of Dan (coincidence?) Ariana reminds me of Serena, hmm… & Thomas reminds me of Chuck Bass as well.</p>

it’s not really logical, though. how can they be going on a cruise when somebody very close to somebody’s in the hospital, waiting for somebody pretty important to the same person (person going on cruise)… haha, that didn’t make any sense, but seriously :S</p>
<p>Oh, I found another mistake in her book. Reed was wearing Kiran’s DRESS & then later on in the book she put a necklace into her pocket… hmmm… I wonder if her dress really had pockets on them. Lol, I was laughing 'cuz I was imagining a dress with pockets. & when she goes to the restaurant with Witt. on his 18th b-day, I was feeling very, idk, humilitated/ pitiful of her just because it was so embarassing for her… but she was brave, I have to say…
I forgot all about Nate- he reminds me of Daniel.
But, I was really hoping that those hookups were someone elses/ had another meaning. I just couldn’t believe he would REALLY do that. So, do you think Thomas is much better than Daniel? I still think of Thomas as the “bad-boy” but, he cried, c’mon, what “bad-boy” cries in a story? Lol.</p>
