Is there any “international” student (past, present or newly admitted) who received both merit scholarship and need based aid from U Miami? My S is admitted with Presidential Scholarship. Even after that, his cost of attendance will be more than $40K and without need based he can’t attend U Miami. He applied for need based aid (by sending CSS profile) and didn’t get any need based aid yet.
Financial aid is for American citizens. Although there might be some international grants that you qualify for.

@kit4kat, in their website U Miami said there are some need bases aid available for international students and they asked to submit CSS profile before January 1, 2019 deadline.
