<p>Sure. Mine for caltech was:</p>

<p>GPA 4.5ish, MIT BioE, a little higher workload than standard, perhaps 30%
International student
GRE: 790Q, 480V, 4.5W; 690 (aka 95percentile) Biochemistry
TOEFL: 113/120</p>

<p>4+ years of research experience nonstop since last year of high school, 4 letters of recommendations from research advisors, research award for one of the projects. 2 papers in top/good journals, one conference abstract, one minor paper, supervising other students, teaching seminar, tutoring.</p>

<p>To those who got into caltech bioe, did you all take the Subject GRE? I was wondering if my not taking it contributed to me not getting in.</p>

<p>For Caltech I didn't take any subject GREs.</p>
