Any possible way to transfer more units?

Hi everyone. I'm a current USC undergraduate student and I was wondering if anyone could help me?:

I want to transfer more units to USC at a California community college during the summer semester (after a student has matriculated into USC, the student can transfer in more units only during the summer).
But there is this policy where if a USC student passes 64 combined transfer/USC units, the student is eligible to transfer in only 8 more units. I had 38 transfer units + 32 USC units completed = 70 units combined transfer/USC. Because of that policy I just mentioned, USC let me transfer in 8 more units which I did, so now I'm at 78 units.
USC is not letting me transfer any more units in the summer now. Is there any possible way for me to transfer in more units?

The simplest way to explain this is that if you get a USC diploma, USC wants to make sure you got a USC education. The point is not to take credits at another college after you’ve matriculated. I know it seems like a great work-around on amassing credits at a lower cost. But I think USC has been more than generous with you.

IMHO - if USC has told you no, it seems you got the answer you were looking for. Just not the one you wanted.
