Any preference for specific subject tests?

I signed up for the Math II and Chemistry SAT II’s. I just started thinking about whether, if I were to outline my interests in geophysics or biology, whether the admissions committee would look downward on not taking the physics or bio (respectively) tests instead, assuming I get a satisfactory score on the chemistry test.

I could spend the extra $22 and hours to get a satisfactory score on the physics test, but I would rather not if just having one science test in any of the three is satisfactory.

Thanks for your reply. I am aware that only one of the three is required; however, I was mostly asking whether admissions would /prefer/ two science tests over one or a certain test for a certain prospective major. @happy1
