Hello everyone! Second to last week before I stop taking questions…I think I’m going to miss this thread! Anyways, last week was midterm week…and in two more weeks, Session C will be over and I will finally get some much needed vacation time!!! Without further blabbing…

To Calile63: I would keep looking, it never hurts, just make sure you note the quarters that they are requesting the student. If it says Summer Quarter, don’t apply…if it says Fall Quarter/Winter Quarter/Spring Quarter, then do so!

To nooriebee: I’m going to be very very honest with you. If you want to drop your GPA, take his class, lol. His class is like no other. I haven’t taken it, but I’ve heard stories. I mean Psychology 100A isn’t bad…a lot of people exaggerate about it, but he…they don’t exaggerate, LOL. I recommend you not taking him! Just my opinion tho!

To CalDud: My opinion…is that it will hurt you. Having a friend in admissions, I can tell you very honesty that you wouldn’t even pass the first round. Basically, the student workers separate applicants into different files, depending on GPAs, and other things. I think you should wait…as hard as that sounds, but it would be better for your case. I mean, don’t get me wrong, if you want to try, you may try, nothing is stopping you. That’s just my opinion of course! Good luck to you!

To PsychBruin: Yes that will, at least I think so. General Biology is more difficult than Intro, so shoot for that A, and I’m sure they will pay attention to that! Good luck!

To aninstance: You are much too eager to get Fall Quarter started and I don’t think you should be, LOL. Just kidding! Don’t worry, the professor will sent out an announcement if they post the syllabus up or if there is a need to read before class (which I doubt)!
I’m not sure if you read this somewhere on the thread, but I had a close friend of mine get some of her stuff stolen. It was an iPad and her iPhone, luckily the phone was found and was returned, but her iPad is gone…I would just be extra careful. Realize these things happen, I forgot if you told me where you were staying on campus? Are you staying on campus? (lol). I recommend the laptop lock if you have in a shared bathroom, or maybe if you’re around people you don’t know–you never know for certain if those people bring guests over and they could go in through your stuff…
As for the mattress thing…don’t think it’s necessary…unless you don’t wash your bedding for a month or something… hahaha! Hope this helps!
