We live in California, do you know any schools that offer guaranteed admission to qualified students?
So far I just know of UC Riverside and U of Alabama (for out of state students).

Many large publics have guaranteed admission for students meeting certain threshold requirements.

Iowa State, for example:
[Admission Requirements | Iowa State University Admissions](First-year Students - Iowa State University)

LSU:
[Freshmen ? LSU Undergraduate Admissions](http://sites01.lsu.edu/wp/admissions/become-a-tiger-2/freshmen/)

etc.

Community colleges lol.

There are plenty of Cal States where students can basically assume they’re in. Someone with a 4.2 UC GPA and a 2000 SAT isn’t getting rejected from Humboldt or Sonoma State.

Then there are some bad privates (ex: Bryan College) which publish the necessary GPA SAT combo to get in.

Schools which have http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/15895768-post264.html presumably will admit you if you qualify for the scholarship.

In California, there are obviously open admission community colleges and non-impacted CSUs where meeting the published baseline CSU eligibility means admission (however, most CSUs have some impaction, at least for popular majors).
