Hey guys,
So here's the deal. I got accepted to my #1 in about a week (Auburn) but I'm out of state so the $ is way out there. I want to go for mechanical engineering but also the automotive engineering. The southern thing where if you don't have the program in your state you are given in state does not apply. Is there anything else I could look into? Thanks to everyone in advance!

There is no scholarship fairy out there waiting to give $ to students who just want to go to school OOS. Your state must have in-state engineering schools. Make sure you apply to one of those. If your family can’t afford Auburn then don’t go there. BTW, most Auburn scholarships are awarded in December.
I figured that. My second choice is UCF which I can go to for much cheaper.
