Hey guys I’m currently attending community college and i’m looking for appropriate colleges to transfer to based on my stats, it can be anywhere in the US. I just wanted a few suggestions or a rough estimate of what schools will most likely accept me including what schools will be a reach but I could still try. (I’m from Boston so I would like to try Boston Uni and Northeastern)

It’d be helpful to know what you can afford and what major you’re intending to pursue. There are plenty of choices but if you need significant financial aid, that can be an issue at most colleges since there are very few that offer merit aid to transfers. Additionally, those that meet full financial need are significantly harder to get into since most of their funds have already been allocated to incoming freshmen.
No matter what you should apply to a couple UMass campuses for the in-state status, but besides that yes let us know your major and affordability.
While knowing your major and affordability would be nice, something to keep in mind is to apply broadly. While I lack information to give you further insight, you have a quite decent GPA, so there’s that.
Yes you guys are right, I am aiming to apply as a neuroscience major. I plan to take out student loans and look for schools that offer good merit aid but I am also interested to know private schools that may not offer much. A doable tuition range for me is around 45k-or less. FAFSA has not really offered much for me so at least I would like to receive at least an average aid.
