Any suggestions?

Hi im a junior from Long Island and have recently found myself in a conundrum. I have taken the SATs 2 times and have a superscore of 2160 (670 CR, 720 M, 770 W). I don't think I can bring my CR over 700;( and sort of consider myself done with all of this testing. I got a 31 on the ACT the first time I took it and am debating whether or not to take it again. But the problem I have found with my scores is that they are not good enough for ivies and top universities but are often too good for schools I would consider maybe the next step down. Right now I am looking at schools like Columbia (obviously a high reach), Emory, JHU... all of these are highly competitive schools. As safeties I have been looking at U of Richmond and Lafayette, but both of these are smaller schools. What kinds of medium sized schools would be considered matches for me? Does anyone have any suggestions for schools I should look at? I have no preferences for geography or anything I just want to find some schools that I can consider matches... Thanks!

Information: female, white, gpa 4.0, 2 sport varsity athlete, highly involved in ecs but no major awards, and have an internship at a not-for-profit organization on Columbia's campus for 3 summers now

would also like to add that I am not interested in SUNYs and would prefer private schools
