Enrolled at SAS, haven't made the deposit yet because I'm still hesitant.

Housing choices... college ave would be my first choice and busch would be second. Not sure what would come after that, but I know I don't want to live at livingston.

backtothestars, dont you have to make a 125 deposit to enroll? thats what i did to enroll. And what housing do transfers get? is there a special priority for transfers?

yeah pepsi that was me.. the system put me as rejected when i was supposed to get accepted..they said it was a really rare mistake but i mean if it happend once im sure it could happen again, ya know ?

and i know a couple people who have transfered into rutgers adn tehy were placced in freshman housing.. so i think thats where we're gonna land.. in the freshman dorms

you def wanna live on college ave. i'm living off of college ave next semester in a house w/ a bunch of friends and college ave is by far the best campus to live on. If I had to chose a 2nd campus it would probably be busch. Livingston is by far the worst and cook/douglas is decent depending upon where you are living.

see i dont agree at all.. yeah college ave is deffinetly the most active but i think the dorms are that great there. and its always crazy loud and its not the place u wanna be when u jst need to study..for me personally its not my match cause i party but only when i can and wouldnt want to be around it all the time. and i really dont udnerstand why everyone hates livingston so much. the quads on livingstone are a nice size and pretty clean.. and its connected to busch so youre not as far as everyone says you are.. my cousin lived there for two years straight in the quads and he doesnt udnerstand why everyone hates it either..and one of my best friends lived on livingston last year as a freshman and she didnt hate it either.. shes on busch this year and likes it better but she doesnt hate livingston. does you hate it because its quieter?

i would assume cook is the worst palce to live since its just away from evvveeryythinngg. and its just totally not with all the other campuses. but thats my outlook

havent been on here in forever but i got accepted into SAS! as far as housing goes i requested college ave cause i have friends there. Now I'm just worried I'm gonna get stuck with a crazy roommate! And it kinda sucks that we dont get to register until the summer - after everyone else has. Pretty sure we're gonna have a little trouble getting the classes we want

Hey everyone, I am interested in transferring to Rutgers but it seems as if once you miss the priority application date you will no longer be evaluated for the honors program or scholarships, which I would like to get a shot at (Are there even any scholarships for people who are NOT transferring in from a community college?).

Anyhoo, does Rutgers allow Spring transfers (as in Spring 2009)? Or will I have to wait until after my sophomore year to apply for the next fall (Fall 2009)?

does anyone know when we can start submitting applications for spring 2009? cuz i missed the fall priority deadline as well, and i'm guessing there won't be a lot of room left now for transfers =

I just applied for fall 08 a couple of week ago and have plenty of faith that there will be room. I think that it'll just be a bit more competitive.

My friend applied in June of 07 for Fall 07 and got in.

As for scholarships, room on campus, and honors- I wouldn't get my hopes up for that.

I seriously doubt that there won't be enough room to be enrolled in the school.

guys has anyone had this issue i enrolled on saturday and they got my payment then today it said we would like to know your decision and then another payment screen came up that happen to anyone else?

Hey where I can pick my campus accommodation preferences? I indicated my intention to enroll at SAS and submitted my deposit, but after that I wasn't given any other options.

You have to go to the Enrollment Pathway, there should be a link towards the top of your status page (under the 'Congratulations'). Enter in your RU ID and PIN, then scroll down to where it says something like 'Housing and Dining Agreement'.

You're going to have to pay another $200 deposit to secure a room on campus and that whole section might take you a while to fill out, so make sure you've got some time.
