Any Universities which are not need blind but give good scholarships to intls?

Hi,
Does anyone here know from past experience about some good universities for engg. which are not need blind to intl's but offer good scholarships (say like 30-50%). Also I would be gratified if anyone could give me a link to a website which lists scholarships available for internationals studying in the states.

Do these Univs offfer good Scholarships:
Carnegie Mellon University
UIUC
GAtech
UC SAN DIEGO
Univ of wisconsin Madison
University of Washington
Univ of Michigan AnnArbor
University of Maryland–College Park (Clark)

nope, none of them offer scholarships.

Although UMich provides financial aid AFTER your first semester, ie, if for any reason something should happen to your source of funding ;)

I suppose you meant grateful? gratified = satisfied, which doesnt seem too possible, seeing your posting frequency :p

Anyway, to answer your query - http://www.edupass.org/finaid/

hehe ya thanks for the link and the error.
I don't really think this info is accurate though. I mean it has a higher number of students listed who get aid..or maybe it is a cumulative record (like all 4 yrs or so).

btw..Are Middlebury and Williams any good for Engg. coz i think they are need blind to intl's too.

There are also colleges with academic scholarships, like City College of New York (it's like few streets from Columbia) - I'll be going there since I didn't have money to pay for Cornell. I got 5000 per semester which practically covers tuition (I pay only about 1k) Also if u get into CUNY honors program over there u get a full tuition, laptop, 5k for research...

tulane is a good engineering school and gives good academic scholarships. check it out.

Middlebury and Williams do not offer engineering, they are liberal arts school.
