<p>Hey, keep your chin up. There's many different routes to commissioning in the USCG. I have a friend who was turned down from CGA, and he's currently a CG reservist and full time college student. He'll be applying to OCS and is expected to be accepted (good grades+CG reserve+good marks=looks good on OCS app from what I understand). Just because she got turned down for the class of 2012 doesn't mean she'll be turned down for 2013 either. Stay positive!</p>
