So, interestingly we have 2 people in here who got in without SATS/ACTS...

I think I just read that ercmilla was the only one who didn't send SAT/ACT scores and was accepted. I sent in my SAT scores of 1280/1600 but I didn't post it on the forums.
On a side note, I doubt William and Mary has a numbered wait list but it doesn't hurt to ask.
And to ercmilla, UVa posted that they will w/o a doubt be releasing their decisions on May 1st, the same date of W & M requires the deposit.
I'm just glad that I don't have to worry about UVa decision because I will be attending W & M. Although, I'm quite interested to see if I was accepted to UVa too... :)

I wasn't planning on, but supposedly some college confidential members have tried to get past the waiting list by sending a whole bunch of additional scriblings to the adcoms. Of course, that can also have a negative effect... Dunno.

Most interestingly, only about 40-42% of admitted transfer students actually enroll, according to the link that was posted here... I sure would love to get the spot of some uber-kid who gets into W&M but doesn't end up enrolling afterall...

Let's cross our fingers.

We are from out of State and My daughter attended her Freshmen year
of college at a 4 year school in VA
( she was declined as a senior from HS)
and rec'd acceptance as a transfer yesterday.
This is her dream school and she is thrilled
good luck to everyone

does anyone know what the decision letters look like? Like if you got in are they big, and if you didn’t are they small?
