Have any of you guys been reading ANYTHING review from the book? All I've done is the practice tests. How about you guys?

I read most of it, more like skimming and looking at the examples. I also did the exercises. Only 1 practice test down. Reading it helped a lot, you should read sections that you get problems wrong on.

I read through it, but I thought I learned absolutely nothing. Practice tests are my way of studying.

I learned about sectors, vectors (which I had forgotten), and confunction identities.

I read through the entire thing, but there was nothing new except at the end with standard deviations (which I didn’t really bother looking at too much). The practice questions from the review was good though. However, you should beware of mistakes. A majority of the typos and errors were found in the review rather than the practice tests.

i read through material from PR and then did two of the practice tests on barrons 09
they both went horrible…i feel depressed now.

Barron’s is too hard… =/.

i just did the practice tests…

i did diagnostics and the model tests.

tell me what you think of model test 5, #33.

i thought there was an error!! the answer key doesn’t make sense… <_<

Anyone bought the book with CD?
Is the CD useful?
I ask this as I don’t want to spend extra money with useless thing.

lol I got a 700 on the first practice exam and was ecstatic. lmao. AP Stats helped w/ the last chapter.

^nono, you should probably save yourself the money and buy the book without the CD. It’s only two extra test for about one and a half times the price. Logic tells you that it is not worth it. The book itself comes with seven tests, including the diagnostic (which is admittedly easier than the model tests in the end). Do you really need 2 more?

I got the version with the CD and I’ve only used the test from the book - however it was only like a dollar more on amazon, so I figured I might as well get it. But if you’re only ordering it now (for the June test) you probably will not have enough time to finish the 7 tests in the book, much less additional tests.
