<p>How does UNC treat 5th years in terms of financial aid IN MOST CASES? Do they still meet full need IN MOST CASES for needy students with low efc?</p>
<p>i emailed them and they said "as long as you can enroll here you will be reviewed for fin aid" . Does this mean they stillmeet full need?</p>
