Anyone get an early decision yet?

<p>No not yet...are ED letters mailed to us on the 15th or are they supposed to be to us by then?</p>

<p>Rice says they will notify us Tuesday 12/15. Based on years past, that seems to mean they will send out emails and update their Esther web site ( <a href=“https://webapps2.rice.edu/selfserve/!bwzkugap.main?action=reqs[/url]”>https://webapps2.rice.edu/selfserve/!bwzkugap.main?action=reqs&lt;/a&gt; ) after the close of business on Monday 12/14. Some people think they will send out notices and/or update the site Friday or Saturday, but I think that’s wishful thinking.

<p>We only have the one. He’s a great kid though, and we’re sure he’ll do well wherever he goes. But our first choice is Rice.</p>

<p>Just to let everyone know, my mom called the other day because she was curious if they’d let us know anytime before the 15th but they said nope.
They’ll email on the 15th and we should get the letter either the 15th or shortly after.</p>

<p>If you look at post #68, “the lady” told madirocks that they wouldn’t find out any earlier than the 15th. If you go on to the next page, you’ll see that they found out the day after madirocks made that post, which was not the 15th.</p>

<p>As i had just mentioned, that’s what they’re going to say. That’s what they said to madirocks last year, although it was released a bit earlier.</p>
