<p>Just wondering.. Have any of my fellow Cal Bears received their CARS bill yet for the Fall 2012 semester? I have not received mine yet and I am beginning to think that something is wrong.</p>

<p>it’s possible that you might be Blocked? (i would know because i was) I was blocked because they hadn’t received my high school transcript. But you would’ve gotten some sort of a notification. Do you check your calmail regularly?</p>
<p>Thanks everyone. I called the registrars office today. Turns out that I was not reinstated as registered after I participated abroad. They had me as “Not Registered”. They changed it back to registered. I have to pay 20% of my fees to be registered or something like that.</p>
<p>Has financial aid been disbursed yet? </p>
<p>I do check Calmail regularly. They never told me about this. The only reason I found out was because I was wondering why I didn’t have a CARS bill yet. Dodged a bad one there!</p>
<p>It’s the same thing every year. Financial aid is disbursed a few days before the bill is due.</p>
