Like the title implies, has anyone gotten the decision letter yet? Status?

I got mine today in the mail... ACCEPTED!

Here's my question, if we were to get a scholarship or grant would it be enclosed in this package or would it come later? I had nothing in mine except for the usual housing, deposit, etc and I'm concerned that this means I got NO MONEY!

I think it would come later. Not to be snooty or anything, but if they offer the top 25% of the student body scholarships, and they told me I was in the top 10%, I think I would have gotten some money too.

It'll probably come when the financial aid package comes, or maybe sooner. Who knows. But congratulations all the same!

I got mine too! I'm accepted! Woohoo. I didn't get any notice of scholarship money, and I am expecting to get some (hopefully). They might send that a little bit later.

It's great to hear that I'm not the only one not receiving a scholarhip letter!

I'm not sure if I'm in the top 25% because my scores are fairly low(28 ACT) but my GPA is super high. I have tons of pretty good ECs and was accepted as a female in their engineering program...

I was crying because I didn't get any scholarship info but now that I've found out that I shouldn't have gotten it yet anyway!

Question to those who got accepted. Was the Northeastern website updated with your acceptance, or does it still show the dates all the requirements were received?

What I find funny is that I called the admissions office about two hours before I got home and got my letter to find out if they needed my midyear grades. I was told yes, and that (after she looked me up on the computer) I would hear from Northeastern sometime in March.

Needless to say, I was a bit surprised when I saw the package from Northeastern today.

I doubt I'll end up going there since it's about 1200 miles from here (Kansas) but I'll consider it. Also, did anyone else get a little concerned about that website nushuffle.com? They bash on the school so much, it makes me wonder what I could get myself into. What do you guys think?

I'm pretty sure you still have to send them. Congrats to everyone else who got in! I recieved my letter today and I live in New York (for someone who asked that before). I haven't looked at the nushuffle.com, but I'm not overally considered. Northeastern's a great school, with great opportunities, I haven't heard anyone complain who's gone there.

I'd definitely consider going... It's basically down to Northeastern and Ithaca (who i've heard from) and Boston College and Bucknell University (haven't heard yet)

Northeastern wasn't high on my list of schools but with the right fin.aid package it could climb to the top very quickly. I am waiting til April to hear from a bunch of my schools so I'd waiting til then the decide.
