<p>I just discovered a source for CANNED gluten free spaghetti with sauce! The kid can add a couple of frozen meatballs to it and call it food. She loves pasta but is much too lazy to make it for herself – so canned spaghetti is a godsend. I will have to go pick up a case and hope that there’s room for it somewhere. I wish MICA were a bit more forthcoming about what they’ll do to accommodate these kids’ dietary restrictions. I have a hunch they’ll point at the over-steamed veggies and say ‘help yourself’. At least I think they have omelette stations on Sundays and if they’re not totally STUPID like IHOP and put pancake batter in the eggs for omelettes (to make them light and fluffy!!!) she can have an omelette on Sunday mornings… provided, of course, that she gets out of bed before the crack of dusk.</p>

<p>I think it just may be dying a natural death…atrophy…no results to discuss but it had a good run. I don’t think you and I can save it…it needs new blood, perhaps it can be revived in the Spring …</p>

<p>we could start an empty nest, or new kids in new towns thread, that would give bears plenty of opportunity to feed a thread weird Japanese food. I had great pot stickers off a cart near Cooper yesterday, bears, they were hot and came with good spicy sauce and were 5 for 3.50, but really quite big. </p>
