<p>@garfield1995, I found out yesterday on SOLAR and today I received my letter. That’s awful quick if you ask me. Took less than 2 weeks.</p>

<p>Huh. That is weird. You submitted almost a month before me yet I got my decision way quicker. Perhaps they’re doing applications based on stats or something? or just randomly?</p>

<p>On SOLAR, it says on the To Do List, that I have to send in a HS transcript. But if I applied through the CommonApp and they downloaded the school forms, isn’t the transcript included in the school forms></p>
<p>It depends how your schools sends your transcript. You need to talk to your guidance!</p>
<p>@iSat – If SOLAR still says we’re missing a transcript but you know your HS sent it, then you might want to call us and check on it.</p>

<p>DD just got accepted, applied on January 18. 2050 SAT (740 CR, 620 M, 690 W), 3.05 uw GPA, 3.6 weighted (competitive school, but oos, so I don’t know if they know it is). Good extracurriculars and volunteer work.</p>
<p>It does not seem to be advantageous to apply early to this school.</p>

<p>Don’t call. They are doing this randomly. I submitted mine at the beginning of December and still didnt hear anything from them</p>
<p>Thanks lilme and Chris. I’ll try asking my counselor and then calling just to be absolutely sure tomorrow. Also filled out SOAR just in case it’s too late.</p>
<p>If we’ve downloaded the school forms, then no, we’re good to go. Really, the only reason to call would be if you see something on your SOLAR “to-do” list that you know you sent a while ago.</p>
<p>Next round of decisions next week, I’m told.</p>

<p>has this round of admissions started yet? i haven’t heard of anyone getting responses yet. I’m wondering because i called stony’s admission office to ask if they had my sat (there was a problem with collegeboard) and the person i talked to said that i would get a response withing a few weeks. This was about 1.5-2 weeks ago</p>
