It's by Prentice Hall. Anyone ever used it? Is it good enough for the US History SAT II? How does it compare to The American Pageant?

I have actually never heard of this book. Have you looked online yet? Usually you will be able to find some kind of site that will tell you if it is used for AP. Generally if you have a textbook that is highly reccomend for the AP U.S. History than it will be an excellent textbook. I know the American Pagent is one of the most commonly used books for AP nationwide and I think that it is an excellent book.

I'm not using it for AP, I just want to know if it's sufficient enough for SATII

Sorry about that I guess i did not make myself clear. Basically if a book is strong enough to cover the AP History it will guarantee you a great score on the SAT II. Also the Princeton Review Cracking the AP History Exam is a great study aid for the SAT II. Using PR and the American Pageant worked wonders for everyone in my school on the SAT II and AP. It is all the same thing no matter what test it is on. I took the AP exam on one day and the SAT II on the second day and some of the same questions were asked on each. Good luck with whatever you decide but I would really reccomend the PR AP review book for the SAT II.

o ok i get it thanks :)
