<p>How is it, overall?</p>

<p>How's the gender break-up?</p>

<p>Are professors generally reachable, or off in their academic world?</p>

<p>Do clubs like FSAE and Human Powered Submarine get a lot of emphasis and serious work, or do people just join it to wing it and for the resume-padding?</p>

<p>How's the job placement? Are there certain companies everyone seems to flock to? Do most people stay local or go all over the country/world?</p>

<p>As for one of your questions, in my engineering core classes (statics, mechanics of materials, dynamics, intro to ee, intro to mse, etc.) the vast majority have been male. I’m talking 80%ish.</p>
