Anyone here rejected from Wharton as a transfer?

Just wondering, if you are willing to, couldyou post your stats please? I'm just a little surprised with my own rejection, and wanted to know if there is a common element that we might all have that got us rejected

don't be so surprised. it's very, very tough to get into wharton. 4.0's and 2250+ SAT's are the norm. I saw some of your stats, and you had little that stood out in terms of EC's or business related accomplishments

yeah, do you think maybe that was my low point?

no idea. i haven't been rejected or accepted, so i can't tell you yet what might be different

i got rejected too. 2330 sats, 4.39 high school gpa, usual sports ECs, nuthing special.

i go to MIT now and was accepted to penn engineering as a freshman.

grades and recs prob screwed me over...

to theshiz19,
what do you mean by going to MIT and you was accepted to penn engineering as a freshman? Are you a transfer applicant to MIT?thanx

I think he meant he currently attends MIT and was accepted to Penn as a HS Senior, but then rejected to Penn as a transfer applicant.

oh,i see that.thank you idonotmatch.
penn seems pretty hard...
