<p>This is really the only AP grade which worries me. I'm a fairly proficient artist but doubt that I'm good enough for anything greater than a 3. My teacher also told us that we could use some of our slides as details, so I had some repeats in there. Not sure if CB frowns upon this practice or not.</p>
<p>Anyone take this class and call in yet? How confident were you in your artistic prowess, how did you do.</p>
<p>Also, my teacher once showed us examples for each respective score. Would anyone happen to have a link that would lead me to those examples (tried CB website, couldn't find it)</p>
<p>I took AP Studio art: 2D Design, and my art tutor told me my quality section was one of the strongest ones he's seen in his whole career as an AP studio art teacher at the public school, and he sees a lot.</p>

<p>Is that a prisma color? I went for diversity on my portfolio and had prisma colors, pencil, pen, pastel, oil paints, and a bunch of other stuff. My teacher told me that diversity and variety in drawing is a good thing, although now I'm afraid that I won't have the necessary "voice."</p>
<p>My prisma colors were on average an iota worse than your drawing, although I had never done them before so they were one of my worst subsections.</p>
<p>I think that was my main problem - my breadth section was pretty narrow, and most of my concentration was in black and white. On breadth I used acrylics, pencil, coloured pencil, pen, and not much else. -_-</p>

<p>I got a 4 on drawing with mainly pencil and pastels.
I only had one detail slide.</p>
<p>My execution isn't that great, I think my deviation from still life subjects is what brought my grade up. My submissions basically consisted of realistically drawn depressed looking people in abstract environments. :p</p>
