Anyone know a cheap nice place to stay off-campus?

<p>It could be as far as 15 minutes away from UCF. I'm looking for somewhere between UCF and Disney since I'm planning to work at Disney next semester. </p>

<p>All I ask for is a safe neighborhood and a place that doesn't have any rats or bugs. Basically just a clean and safe environment. The cheaper the better. I don't need to live in this luxury place that my parents don't mind paying for, because I don't wanna have them pay for my rent anymore. Reality hit me hard in the face this year. Growing up comes with so many darn responsibilities! </p>

<p>Anyways, enough of my ranting. Anyone know any good places?</p>

<p>The pointe at central is one of the cheapest. Nothing fancy but doable. Has the shuttle that runs to ucf too</p>

<p>I am also recommending Pointe at Central. Not the nicest place in the area, but the price is unbeat and the shuttle makes it convenient for school.</p>

<p>yep pointe at central many of my college friends says its very good and the cheapest affiliated housing, thats where ill be living this fall.</p>
