anyone know of a great SAT study course?

I currently have an 1860 SAT score with roughly 600 - 650 in each section.

I'd love to raise it by at least 200 points, and am taking the October SAT. I could retake it also in November but then that would mean I'd have 4 SAT scores in total by then and I heard that reflected badly.

Does anyone know of good courses in the DC area that can help me do this? Unfortunately I live in a family of 6 and find focusing really difficult on my own for the most part so I'd need a course/tutor.

Self study it by yourself. :D

Personally, I took a SAT prep class with Princeton Review. There are 4 mock SAT’s that you take during the entire course(roughly 2.5 weeks, everyday) and for me, I saw a 700 point difference between my last and first mock SAT. If they don’t offer any courses in your area, I’m sure their prep books will work just as fine.

Dude, read this guy’s story: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/602755-tips-2400er.html

He got 2400, without the help of a single tutor. All by himself. Now that’s what I call perseverance and determination.
