Thinking about picking that for my sophomore year. However, I’m not sure if the management house is at apartment rates or regular rates. Also, the rates says $2000 more to live in a single in hojo than a triple but I could have sworn it was $500 more for a single in the housing residence survey when I applied freshmen year.

Would be nice if any of the people living in these dorms could enlighten me, it would be much appreciated.

I know that the Management House is a Bay State Brownstone, and as long as the room that you’re interested in is not a single, it will be the same price as a Towers/Warren/West double/triple/quad - which is the lowest price for a dorm room. I’m not sure if there are suites in the Management House (they’re kind of rare in brownstones), in which case the price would go up. The best way to find out about all the rooms in the house is to go to the Towers RHA and check out the floorplans. They’ll tell you about the occupancy and type of the room, and all other details. You’ll also be able to find out which side of the road the window is facing. Since it is 161 Bay State (odd), the rooms might face the Charles or Bay State, and the floorplans will tell you about that as well.
