<p>I doubt my son has a chance for fall, so he also checked summer. He did not check any alternate campuses. Based on what I'm reading here, I'm guessing the summer term acceptances probably don't come out quite as early as the fall, and most likely later in the cycle. It seems like the send out acceptances to the fall shoe-in's first then hold off on the rest depending on space.</p>

<p>My son was accepted to summer session 2008 and heard from PSU in January, I think. Much later than I expected.</p>
<p>yeah a friend of mine applied fall but checked off summer and heard in january that he got into summer. it really sucks because those of us who only applied summer and not even fall have to wait so long!! :(</p>

<p>well you apply fall then there's a box that says if you'd like to be considered for summer if you don't qualify for fall. so, yes. haha or you can just apply summer if you definitely feel you won't get in for the fall term</p>
