Anyone know where Case/Rochester/WashU/OSU pre-meds go?

Greetings all CC-ers,

As I'm deciding between undergraduate institutions, I'm evaluating based on chance of admission into a top medical school, specifically Harvard Medical School, because it has a great track record for student acceptance into the Epidemic Intelligence Services (fellowship for epidemiologists).

Basically, I'm considering
1. Wash U St. Louis
2. Ohio State University
3. Case Western Reserve University
4. University of Rochester
5. University of Pittsburgh (visiting tomorrow, not sure what it's like yet)
And I would really appreciate help finding how well students fare in medical school admissions. Maybe I'm using the wrong search terms on Google...but I'm having difficulty finding anything, and it's frustrating because these statistics must exist somewhere.

Money is not too big of an issue because I got enough scholarship money, and I'm pursuing an MD/Ph.D, which is free.

Thank you in advance for your help!

This is pretty foolish. Given the capriciousness of medical school admissions, targeting any specific school is almost certainly a recipe for failure - your likelihood of getting in at a single, specific school is going to be very low. Furthermore, given the rate of attrition for pre-meds and the way medical students change their minds about choosing a specialty, targeting a specific fellowship program is also silly.

Focus on finding the school that fits you. A great fit increases your chances of excelling, which is going to up your chances of doing well inside and outside of class and earning the high GPA, doing the ECs, and getting the recommendations that are integral to a great application for medical school.
