I am thinking about Girham Young University in Utah.
Has anyone here heard about it?
Is it a good university?

first of all, its brigham young university. second, its a pretty big university run by the Mormons. its an ok level nothing great and its very religious. that s all i know

I would say it's a good school but you need to be very religious to excel...

I take an online course with them that pretty good i think :)

I mean in terms of facilities, teachers and research, is it a good educational instituition?
I check its website and I seemed to be ok but you know, websites are to be advertising the owner.
It's really hard to know it as I do not live in the US.

i saw it in a movie once, the smart school, the movie about dumb kids cheating on regional test

BYU is a fine educational institution, although as has been stated - very religious. Academically it's not top 25, but it's certainly in the second tier. BYU grads usually do just fine in life and can get into top grad and professional schools. For example note the relatively high number of BYU grads attending Harvard Law School, much more than some more famous schools:

I read some feedbacks and it seems to be a very educated enviroment at Brigham. Still I wonder how come the tuition fee is so dirty cheap? Does it mean that we get cheap returns as well?

The tuition is is dirt cheap because it is subsidized by the Mormon church, not because of poor quality. Tuition is higher for non-Mormom students in the same way that tuition is higher for out-of-state students at state colleges.
