Anyone knows how hard is it to get recruited for golf?

Tending to go to a few tournaments next year (couldn't this year) and have a really high chance of winning first place in all of them if I keep on with my routine. But is it possible to see for recruits on harvard to look at me.

Grade: 10th grade.

If you win or rank high in the World Jr. you will be noticed. Keep a good GPA and try to get high enough (2000+ if possible) on SAT will definitely help as well. Good luck.

Yeah, if you win the Jr. Tour, you have a chance.

By the way, way more amazing golfers attend/have attended Stanford(:

One student from my high school was recruited for golf at Harvard a few years ago. She ranked top 20 by the National Junior Golf Scorecard, was on the HP Scholastic Junior All-American Team, was class valedictorian, and had a very high SAT score.

You’re in 10th grade. A lot will occur before you’re seriously considered. Minimally, you MUST focus on your academics – that may seem like a “duh” statement but you’d be surprised at all the would-be athletes who think Harvard is just going to knock down doors to come and recruit them.

How hard is it? Extremely hard.

But best of luck to you and keep hitting the ball straight!

A girl from my school is being recruited by Harvard - I think they’ve guaranteed her admittance if she applies. I don’t really know much about golf but I found a short article that seems to describe her accomplishments well:

Hope it helps!
