I got deferred and I was wondering if anyone got flat out rejected and if so what were your stats. I’m curious if they just deferred everyone.
97 weighted GPA, 30 act (31 superscore), lots of community service. I thought I would get deferred but I got denied. at least it wasn’t my first choice
I was flat-out denied, 4.05 GPA, 2050 SAT (1390 2 Part), top 10%, from NJ. Have been accepted to Fordham and Rutgers-NB thus far. Not too mad, I probably wouldnt have gone to BC regardles
Ok it just seemed like they deferred everyone I guess not.
Rejected. Granted SAT wasn’t very good, 1700, but I had a 4.17 weighted GPA, played varsity softball for two years, and was a legacy (Father 1992). My father is pissed off. He already sent his e-mail off to Father Leahy expressing his displeasure. His whole belief in the Jesuits has been shattered.
they denied 2200 out of the 8500 EA applicants I’m told
Dear All : Earlier, I had posted numbers of 20%/60%/20% as EA accepted/deferred/rejected percentages for Boston College. That led to several posts of other numbers reflecting this year’s EA round figures. The percentages turned out to be 30%/44%/26% (give or take a rounding error). Effectively, the acceptance and rejection totals were each higher than I had previously indicated.
