<p>I’m on the same boat as you. I too got my admission rescinded and the wait is driving is driving me crazy. T_T Hope we both get our admissions back!</p>

<p>yea they told me 10 bus. days but like its pretty much been that amount of time!
and i got a d in stats 110. but i called earlier in the semester to tell them i was failing and i was told as long as i had a gpa abouve 2.0 id be fine. then 3 months later i was rescinded.</p>

<p>I’m pretty surprised you’re still waiting. Apparently, I’m lucky to have gotten a spanking good admissions counselor who jumped on my case as soon as I emailed her.</p>
<p>Given unfortunate circumstances, I did not pass my Survey of Shakespeare course, which is one of my pre-reqs. I’ve had a pretty strong academic record thus far, explained my situation and pleaded my case.</p>
<p>Took roughly 48 hours for them to make a decision, and I will be attending Cal this coming fall.</p>

<p>i’m still waiting also and haven’t heard anything back from ucsd; and the thing is my appeal letter along with the proper documents were received by their office last week…my scenario is a bit different in that the withdrawal of my admission was due to a missing transcript, not a poor letter grade…i hope we all get our wishes in that the schools grant our respective appeals…i’ll be super disappointed since i already completed IGETC and basically all of my major prerequisites; and if i were to get rescinded outright, i would have to go through the whole application/transfer process again + i can’t really enroll in any classes at my CC now since almost all classed are already filled up to the brim.</p>

<p>I feel ya on the issue of going back to a community college and waiting another year to apply again. I feel that if I do, all of my work has gone out of the window. Anyways, hope your appeal and mine are successful. Admissions were tough this year. >_<</p>
<p>@friskana…thanks for your support about my appeal…today, the hold on my account got removed, and i’m able to access everything on myapplication now…it took an entire week for them to review our my appeal case, so now i’m just waiting for my official letter of reinstatement in the mail…i really hope that you will be reinstated too and that it would be reviewed quickly so you don’t have be caught up in anxiety for an entire week like what i have gone through</p>
<p>got the email today saying my appeal was denied :/. like you were saying sucks cuz i worked hard to get everything done in 2 years straight out of hs and for what? to take on class and wait an entire year. idk kinda feel like a failure. but w.e guess i have to just move on and reapply this year. maybe ill do semester at sea for spring…</p>
