Anyone's opinions wanted?

Hi, I'm a NYU freshman student, and I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction. I am studying economics at Arts and Science. I don't feel like I fit into the community very well even though I've made attempts to. I really want to try to transfer to Columbia, since that was my first choice when I applied to college, (I was wait listed at its engineering school and then there was no space for me). Is it worth a try to apply again to Columbia college this time? Any help is appreciated.

if it helps my stats are
High School GPA. 3.7 unweighted, 4.5 weighted, 4th out of 273
sat scores were 790 for writing, 770 for math, 750 for reading, (but I've taken the sat at least twice)
5 in a couple of ap exams (physics C mech, bc calc, lit, ap us history, us gov, chem and bio).
College GPA is 3.85 so far.
EC notables are that I was an eagle scout and I'm doing several internships at nonforprofits. Any input is appreciated! thank you.

I would apply if I were you… it seems pretty promising. I would try Cornell as well.
