I mailed mine in during early Feb. and they it still says not received. I emailed the office once and got a reply that they have a bunch of work and that I should just wait, so I hope it all works out. And I'm sure they must have gotten it b/c I had delivery confirmation.

they cleared-up one item i just faxed yesterday but the checklist still shows 3 other documents "not received" which i sent by fedex 2 weeks ago! So it's better to fax than any other ways(mail or fedex or e-mail)!

Finally! My tax returns got processed today! I was starting to get really worried that they didn't get them because I sent them a month ago!

Such a relief... now I just need to get accepted, haha.

They have my custodial parent's, but my noncustodial just sent them out last week so I'm waiting on those.

I sent in my taxes pretty much everything in mid-February and as of yesterday, they're all received and complete. For those of you who haven't had their tax returns received yet, dapplesmyapples is right, they're likely just backed up now.

on my columbia app review it's asking me to submit a financial aid verification sheet.

I don't remember that being there before, was it?

Is this on anyone else's?

Yes, it happened to me too. They asked me for verification sheet, so I just sent them one last friday.

Don't we use IDOC for Columbia? Am I missing something here?

^ no idoc is only for Columbia graduates, not undergraduates!!!! they also asked me last week for my verification sheet and i faxed to them!

Has any one gotten any updates? My things are still posted as missing, has anyone else's status changed?

i mailed them 2 weeks ago.. still missing.
i faxed them yesterday... still missing.

sigh.

what's a verification sheet??

^still missing items as of today! i gave -up long time ago but still i wonder if it's a bad sign??? .. anyways.. i am sure it is! maybe because Columbia is a reach for my D....

When I called the financial aid office on Friday, they said they were a little behind in the process due to staff shortage.

finally they cleared-up my D's checklist! it's about time even if inside me i know it's a lost battle!!!! best of luck to all!

just wondering if the financial office now is only processing the files of admitted students. Because why would they bother to process people who have been rejected? is it like a waste of time?

i'm confused! i don't know anymore why they waited so long to process my D's documents! we sent them in February, and at the very last moment they decided to clear-up the checklist! maybe it doesn't mean nothing!

I'm wondering the same thing...any answers?

Yes , I'm definitely wondering this too because my dad talked to them on the phone and they asked me to send missing forms (verification form), so I e-mailed the signed forms to them; yeah if they already made decisions, why would she ask for it?..this was like yesterday.

^it depends what we mean by "processing the file"? i meant the documents are not anymore "not received" they are all received now (since today). ^ maybe you are talking about not being on the page anymore, like completely cleared-up? who has everything completely gone from the checklist???

Wow, no mine are still there, everything's received but the verification form which I just emailed ....yeah did anyone's page completely clear everything?
