AoPS and AMC 12 prep?

Hey guys,

My school doesn’t offer the AMC 10 anymore due to lack of interest, but I will be a junior next year that will be taking Math HL 1 (essentially a very difficult Pre-Calc/Trig Honors course) and I want to know if you guys have any book recommendations that could both help me get ahead in Math HL and teach me AMC 12 level math so I can knock out two birds with one stone.

AoPS “Precalculus” textbook seems like a solid choice, but I don’t know how competition-oriented it is.

There are also the AoPS Introductory/Intermediate Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory, and Counting/Probability textbooks.
