Did anyone out there actually think the AB calculus FRQ's were way unpredicted? and that they were rather difficult? On the mc, im sure i fell for every little trap they had. lol.

I thought the multiple choice was pretty easy, however I hope that I didn't fall into a trap that the question was too easy. I was expecting the MC section to be more challenging. FRQ's on the other hand I thought were the complete opposite. I thought they would be easier and I totally think I did terrible on those. But in general it wasn't THAT bad.

MC were really easy. FRQs were crazy though.

MC was fine. the FRQs... omg, i wanted to cry. especially because i didn't have a clock and somehow accidentally forgot to do number three, started doing number four once the second section started, then realized that i had skipped 3 and had to rewrite all of four since i was writing it in 3 and i didn't have the calc to do three and i was freaking out and that was about it for me gaaaah. ok, I am done.

yeah the mc sections seemed easy, so there had to be some tricks they put in! i hope not, but the free response were hard. so why would they make half the test easy and half the test hard? i don't know, i'm probably completely wrong. but if you get half of the test right is it a 3?

lol. theprez.... u sound really tired. I honestly dont even know where my brain is right now. I thought the mc were actually easy, but im afraid, as i said, that i fell for the traps. the frq were killers.

The multiple choice was wayyyy easy.

The non-calc FRQs were pretty tough for me. ugh, I hope I get a 3.

so it seems that most people on here think they did pretty well on mc and not so well on frq -- me being one of them. if that is true for like the majority of the people who took the test, will there be a different curve on the frq than the mc?

I guess I'm the opposite...
I thought the FRQs were pretty ok-easyish but the non-calc MC was ehhhh

The MC questions contained way too many questions about derivatives and double derivatives in which they showed graphs and tables. It had to be at least 1/3 of the test and that was one of the few subjects that I ignored cause I didn't see that many derivatives and double derivatives of graphs on the PR practice tests. Damn you PR.

I thought that they were both relatively easy, although I will only get partial credit for one part of a question in FR A and one part of a question in FR B sections. MC was a breeze.

i guess i'm the only one that had a hard time on the MC and a better time on the FRQ's... actually the only FRQ i know i did wrong was the second half of #5, messed up on B) and couldnt even attempt C) because B) was so bad. Overall, I think i could have passed it... i cant wait till i see if i got the right answers though... did anyone else right their final answers on the green sheet so they could check them against theor teacher? i have a thing for wanting to know how i did early

the MC ending was kinda hard, but the FRQ's were just crazy..

is bug-eyed Wow. Am I the only person who thought that the MCQs were much harder than the FRQs? I wonder if this means that I was waaaaay over thinking on the MCQs...gulps I hope I didn't mess up too badly.

Well, thank God it's over now, right? :-) (I can go study for AP US History now...)

my friend said the same thing when it was over..."we're done with the AP Calc exam!" but i thought to myself that i wish we weren't so i could fix my stupid mistakes on the frq. i really messed up on number 5(a). which is easy. but i make stupid mistakes like its my job.

MC was easy. There were only a few that I had to guess on, and I had it narrowed down to 2-3 choices. (Egad I hope I don't jinx myself)

FR were definitely much harder. I was able to put something down for each part though. Partial credit is your best friend :)

FRQ was hard!!

Ditto, gotta love partial credit.

The hardest FRQ for me was number 4...my mind just blanked, and then I suddenly realized that I hadn't even started it and there were only ten minutes left. Not fun.

So, was anyone else practically the last person to finish? I found it was kind of scary to have everyone finish before me...really bad for my nerves. :}

well i went right to the end for each section and a couple people around me were like done with about 5-10 minutes left and i could see them in the corner of my eye. i was like what the hell how did they finish so early! especially on the frq. but a lot of people in my class went right to the end so i don't feel bad. and you shouldn't either! but hopefully, and this sounds selfish (because it is, sorry! hehe), but i hope that like everyone in the country does badly on the frq so theres a nice curve!

I thought the MC w/ calculator was really easy...kind of made me nervous. The FRQ were really predictable. Except I thought the non-calculator FRQ was pretty hard, kinda went blank. I still think I did alright..Can't wait till July!
