who took the BC? What did you guys think of it?

^^ it wasnt that bad
sounds better than the AB test tho xD

Do they accept answers that are just in words? When it says to justify, i explain why the answer is that...i didn't really write any numbers or anything

^^ i had blocks of words on some of my answers. i mean there was like x = 5 or something in between but i think having mostly words as justification is fine

you should write "because of the .... rule, the answer is this" or "because this is this it implies this so the ans is this"

Let's say I did as worst as I possily could:
13 wrong MC
25 pts FRQ
Raw Score = 54
Is that a 3 or a 4?

should be a 4

I would say a 4.

ok so i dont know what happened to my other thread...but... if you wrote a formula wrong...like lets say the disk method and you put 2pi instead of just pi in front of the integral, do you think they would count the entire answer wrong? or realize that i was totally being stupid and brain fried?

What raw score do you think ill give you a 3?

On almost all AP exams it is easier just to say "if you get around half of the points you get a 3".

well on this test half is a four

o then I think I should be fine.
Anyways i'm expecting a raw score around 60ish.

a 54 is borderline... 4 for a hard test.. 3 for an average test (in response to asc3nd)

i'd say that since the MC were easy and the FR a little trickier, then the 54 would be a 3

i thought the FR were tricky, yes, but by just taking my time and calming myself down, i was able to do them

i'd say i got 44-46 points (out of 54) on FR and a 37 out of 45 on MC (counting some of the tricks i probably missed since it was easy-ish)

so that'd give me a 35/45 on MC (after correction b/c i answered them all), and that times 1.2 gives me 42..

so 42 + 44 to 46 gives me anywhere from an 86 to an 88 out of 108

which based on the practice test i took at home (ranging from a minimum of 75 to 80 for a 5), i should pull out a five

I'm estimating like a 85+ personally.

i got 5's on three practice tests the past week and a half, and one of the FR sections rivaled this one today (i got a 54/54 on the practice test one though, and i know i missed at least 4 to 5 points on FR today)... so i'm expecting a 5 on this exam... i sure hope i get that

the highest i got on a practice test at home was a 99, and the lowest was an 84.. so i'll probably be right in between there

overall i'm not worried about calculus.. i'll probably get a 5... but chemistry and physics B will be doosies... and world history.. ugh

MC was ok...prob got 5 wrong but could have made alot of stupid mistakes
FRQ seemed very easy....at least easier than other years exams. I am just hoping that the curve won't suck.

the FRQ wasn't awful - the particle motion question was bad, but i could at least answer parts of all the questions. nothing was left blank - i even just guessed and wrote "20 people" for one of the answer because I had no clue.

But NOTHING is as bad as AP Chem... compared to that test, this one is a pansy. God speed Peytoncline! but hey, I got a 3 on it and though I did HORRIBLE, so just do your best! :D

To calculate your (rough) score

[Total right - total wrong (1/4)]*1.2 = /54
_/54 for the free response

If you got 70 or more (again, this isn't exact), you basically got a five.

i got a 5 on one practice test and a 4 on another practice test for ap chem.... but that's because i did really well on the free response sections on both of them.. i missed a mice bit on MC... i want a 5 on chem, and i know i can get it.. but i can easily see myself getting a 4 b/c of MC questions (i tend to fall in traps and miss 5-7 more than i should miss)
