hmmm....I think the last response i gave to anyone on math between 7-12 was -inf. Yeah I wrote bloodly paragraphs and showed a ton of work for the exam.

I didn't do this; I don't know who did, but one of my friends found this on facebook and decided to share.

Have a laugh calc-ies.
Suddenly I begin to question the legality of the person who took this picture.

dang, i just wonder what kind of proctors they have where they can get away with stuff like that.

That was one of the problems I felt good on! I wish I could see the grader's face when he or she sees that.

LOL. I'm sure the graders have been desensitized to all the random pictures and quotes because I bet loads of kids do it.

I question the legitimacy of this pic because it is too dim to be in a classroom.

I would laugh so hard if someone did it Superbad style and drew a bunch of dick-characters.

Non-Calculator MC wasnt that bad, Calculator MC was easy, but free-response questions killed me. I could only answer one question completely. It was ridiculously hard.

if you're asked to explain your reasoning on the FR, you get a point or 2 for making an analysis line, even if you totally mess it up (like I did XD)

I agree, decent MCs and hard FRQs. Something I thought was interesting was that I was still struggling through some problems when no-calc MC was done, but I was done 15 minutes early on Calc MC (lots of checking, re-checking, and re-re-checking to stall time). I won't get into too much detail until tomorrow, but the absolute value really screwed me up on one of the FR problems.

I'm not sure where this information comes from, but it's not true, unless I'm completely misunderstanding.

There's usually only one point available for most explanations/justifications, and they usually are all or nothing and must be correct.

You can't post what you just posted. Edit it asap because you're breaking law.

who me? I'm breaking the law?

wait - its friday now right? Can't we openly talk about the test now or do we still have to wait?

The FRQ are out now, so... it should be okay.

Jeez, these threads are very active...

So (sorry if someone already answered this) but the graders will understand numerous abbriviations, right? Like vel for velocity and accel for acceleration?

I would think they would understand those two.

what did u guys get for the particle in motion questions?

4a t = 3 at x = -10 I think
4b 3
4c decreasing b/c vel < 0, but accel > 0
4d [0,1] and [4,6] b/c of rel. min/max

I'm pretty sure that's what I put, although more detailed and better explanations obviously.

so that would be a total of 9 points if you got the entire question correct then, right?

That is correct.
