AP and UGA

Hi,
So from I have read on UGA’s sites, it seems like when the Undergraduate Admissions office looks at how many AP classes you’ve taken, they take into consideration how many AP classes your school offered. I have two questions regarding this. 1) Since my Freshman year, my high school has added several Freshman level AP classes. Had I been given the chance, I probably would have taken them, but now it is too late. My question is when they look at how many AP classes are offered now do they take into consideration how many we’re actually available to students then?
2) My school follows a block schedule (4 90 minute classes per semester). This year, it is not offering AP classes to seniors in the fall, only in the spring. Because I want a balance to keep good grades and don’t want 3/4 or 4/4 of my classes in one semester to be AP, this limits how many AP classes I have been able to take. Are situations like this considered? I am planning to apply Early Action and feel like AP classes are going to be an important part of my application.
