Hey!

So I'm a junior and have the chance to switch some of my classes if I want. AP Studio Art and US Government are at the same time, and so I can choose one or the other. Which should I choose? Neither have any direct correlation to my desired major, which will probably be BioChem or Bioengineering.

Which should I take? My current unweighted GPA is a 3.42 so I'm hoping I can make it go up.
I'm also taking AP US History this year

Take whichever one interests you more.

they both are interesting and i plan to take both of them. im a junior now so i can take either one and then the other later. im just wondering which looks better for colleges for a junior year course load

AP Art probably shows more course rigor, although I really don’t think there would be a huge difference either way.

Even if they don’t correlate with your major, you definitely are still learning new information which’ll be taken into account, do whichever you want. If you want courses more tied to your career path, ask your counselor if you can take an online course.
