AP Bio or anatomy and physiology

Hello, I will be a senior this year and have a tough decision to make. I am debating between taking AP Bio or anatomy and physiology. The teacher that teaches both classes is the same teacher, and I had him for Pre-Ap Bio and I along with most other students did not find him to be a very good teacher. Regardless I finished with A's both semesters. Anyways this will be his first year to teach AP bio and his first time teaching any AP class. He has taught anatomy and physiology for I think around 4-5 years. I am wondering your opinions on what class I should take as the summer assignments are due soon and I need to decide.
Rest of my schedule is
AP Calc
AP Stat
AP Gov
AP English Lit

Well AP Bio seems to be the more rigorous class so I guess it depends on whether or not you’ll use the college credits.

If I were u I’d pick anatomy. You’re a senior and the teacher isn’t that good to begin with.

I’d pick AP Bio unless you are really interested in the human body. I think AP Bio teaches enough anatomy on its own

AP bio seems better

The new AP biology curriculum doesn’t really teach the human body, the old curriculum however did. If you’re truly interested in the human body, and possibly medicine, take anatomy and physio. In AP biology, they required only the brain, the kidneys, how oxygen travels through the body and metabolism in general. However, looking at your schedule, if you want a challenge then take AP biology. Personally, I would take A&P because you’ll learn more about the human body.

I found A&P a lot more interesting than Bio

Depends on what your college major and goals are. Are you looking to get credit for intro bio in college? AP bio is a challenging course.

ap bio is definitely more challenging

how hard would it be to take both classes?

and if I did so should I drop stat? Also say I went for a business major over medical would stat/calc be better than bio or anatomy or bio+anatomy if i did that

I will be taking both this year. I think it’ll be difficult but doable.

You’ll get college credit with AP Bio. I took AP bio sophomore year and anatomy and physiology through local CC senior year, and bio is much more useful to get out of prereqs!

I heard that calc is a lot of homework and studying. Would it be too much to have calc stat anatomy and bio?
