My brother took AP Biology and SAT 2 Biology. He scored 5 for AP and 720 for SAT 2, I think.

He said the AP Biology test was very easy.

AP Bio is not difficult at all. Since you already have enough background to have dnoe well on the SATII, you should be able to read through (or even skim) Cliff’s AP Bio review guide and get a 5.

If you already scored a 700 on the SAT II test, then that shows you already have a pretty solid knowledge base for biology, especially since you took that test in October. Just review everything you learned, read a review book to brush up on some unfamiliar areas, and take a few practice tests for a 5 on the AP. Remember, it’s not too hard to score a 5 because there’s such a large range of raw scores that translate to a 5.

I personally scored both a 5 on the AP test and an 800 (M) on the SAT II test.

With a 700 you can probably score a 5. The only problem you will have is retaining the information until the May exams. If you have time to review I recommend the AP Barrons or Cliffs. The Barrons has the diagrams and tables which help jog your memory and that’s why I think it was better than Cliff"s dry text.
Good luck.
It seems it is easier to get a 5 on the AP than a 800 on the SAT subject test.

I got a 5 on the AP Exam and a 800 on the Bio M. I must say that the AP exam was easier by far, probably because it covers a lot more topics and (in my opinion) was not as in depth as the subject test. So really, I think a 700 will get you a 5, especially if you prepare some before the exam. Best of luck!

thanks a lot!

fabulous score! >< i have to learn more!

thanks and I am more confident to take ap now!
