Today during my AP Biology exam the student sitting next to me was using a ti-84 graphing calculator and multiple other students in my testing room were using scientific calculators. According to the college board website only basic 4 function calculators are permitted. The exam proctors didn’t do a calculator check and didnt confiscate the unapproved calculators. What will happen if this gets reported to college board?
If the College Board does take the report seriously, they will probably not reveal who made the report but they may send a warning to your school and require them to have better proctors in the future. I doubt they would cancel anyone’s score without having solid evidence and multiple witnesses but I guess you never know.
